It is a Philips HDMI DVD/ CD player and surround sound. I am asking $800 for it but I am flexible about the price. I paid $900 3 months ago. I need the money really bad. It has a built in DVD player. GREAT sound. I love it. It is a two piece system. It comes with a IPad dock (brand new still it the box), a sub, controller, all cords, wall mount and manual.
